All Robocycle ebikes are covered under a limited warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. Warranty parts will only be shipping within Canada and the United States. Please note that every Robocycle owner must register their ebikes within 30 days of receiving their order, and failure to do so will result in a no-warranty on your purchase.
Robocycle eBikes Limited 1-Year Warranty:
- Robocycle eBikes bicycle components including frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD Display, and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a one-year period from the date of receiving the order.
- Only the original owner of an ebike purchased from Robocycle Ebikes is covered by the Robocycle Limited 1-Year Warrany. The warranty begins upon the receipt of the bike and end immediately 365 days after the receipt of the bike. In any circumstance of a sale or transfer from ebike owner to another shall the warranty apply to the previous owner.
- Robocycle eBikes Limited 1-Year warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of any component
- Consumable: Including but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes, bell and accessories
- Any damage defects to covered components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the eBikes owner’s manual, collision, misuse, neglect, abuse commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, instAllation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with Robocycle eBikes as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding or improper follow-up maintenance.
- Labor for 3rd party diagnosis and installing the necessary replacement parts.
- For the Avoidance of doubt, Robocycle eBikes/Maor Sandler Enterprises Ltd. will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
- The battery is not warranted from any damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
- Any tampering (Including but not limited to changing the look of the item e.g. painting, stripping the paint), misuse or negligence in handling or use of the products renders the warranty void. Further, the warranty is void if the serial number of the item is removed or defaced.
Determining whether damage or defect to a Roocycle eBike or covered component is protected by this limited warranty shall be in the sole discretion of Robocycle eBike.
How to make a warranty claim:
Robocycle eBikes/Maor Sandler Enterprises LTD. will not replace any covered component under this limited warranty without first seeing photos and/or videos of the damaged components, also showing any serial numbers from the originally ordered Robocycle eBike. To receive a replacement component under this limited warranty you must:
- Contact Robocycle eBikes through [email protected], in order to first identify the issue
- If Robocycle eBikes deems the part needs replacing they will provide you with simple instructions for the return of the defective component and how to receive the replacement
- After receiving the replacement, please follow the given instructions via email on how to replace or install the new component onto your Robocycle eBike
- Failure to return a replace/damaged component within 30 days of receiving the replacement part may result in voiding your existing Robocycle eBikes Limited 1-Year warranty
The aforementioned remedies are your sole and exclusive remedy and Robocycle eBikes/Maor Sandler Enterprises LTD. entire liability for any break of this limited warranty. Robocycle eBike’s’ liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the Ebike, nor shall Robocycle eBike/Maor Sandler Enterprises LTD. Inc. be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the aforementioned limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
To the extent permissible under applicable law, Robocycle eBike/Maor Sandler Entprises LTD Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose for the duration of this expressed limited warranty.
As avid ebike riders, we do understand how frustrating it can be to have a technical issue with your bike, or something wrong with your order. And we can relate to your frustration and even anger at times, but we will NOT tolerate rude/vulgar language towards our team. We will offer a warning if such a case occurs, after that, we do reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, issue refunds, void warranties, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. If this decision is made it is final and cannot be undone.
Sadly very seldom, we do receive blackmails from unhappy customers, because their issue isn’t solved the way they’d prefer. Please note that blackmail is the crime of threatening to reveal embarrassing, disgraceful or damaging information about a person/company to the public unless money or any other valuable thing is paid – to purchase silence. Blackmail is considered a federal crime and can be punishable by either fines or imprisonment depending upon the specifics of the case. The victim does not need to be a federal office-holder in order for blackmail to be prosecuted at the federal level. In such blackmailing cases, Robocycle eBikes/Maor Sandler Enterprise LTD Inc. will offer a warning at first, after that we do reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, issue refunds, void warranties, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. If this decision is made it is final and cannot be undone.
